A browser is not a VPN. Having no account with us does not hide your IP address from sites you visit or from your network operator. Tracking protection is list-based and not absolute. An account is a server with your name on a row. Sync, dashboards, recovery email, and “privacy reports” all need somewhere to live. That somewhere can see that the app is open, or that a device exists, even when the copy says private. A forgetful browser that asks you to register is doing two jobs at once. Only one of them is local.

What an account is for (and why browsing is not that)
Accounts make sense for mail, photos you want on two devices, and purchases you want restored. They are the wrong primitive for a session you intend to throw away. If the product’s promise is that pages do not become a diary, a cloud diary with a password is a contradiction, even if the diary is encrypted with adjectives.
Sync of open tabs, history, and block-list exceptions requires a place those objects sit besides RAM on this iPhone. We do not offer that place. Every tab is a private session in memory. There is no history file. There is nothing to sync. If you wanted the same tabs on a laptop, you would be shopping for a different architecture. This app is iOS only.
Recovery is the feature people miss later. No account means no reset email for a forgotten App Lock. The passcode is never stored. It becomes the key. Forgotten passcodes cannot be recovered. If you forget it, data sealed under it is permanently inaccessible, by you or by us. That is not cruelty. It is the cost of not keeping a copy of the secret.
What still leaves the device
No account is not no network. Page loads go to the sites you visit. Those sites see an IP address. Your operator sees destinations. Blocking reduces extra tracker requests from bundled Disconnect lists on the device. It is not complete. HTTPS-Only Mode encrypts the connection when the site supports it. It does not hide the host.
Search is a destination you choose: Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Wikipedia, or a custom engine. A query you send is still a request that engine can log. Suggestions are off by default. The app asks before sharing a keystroke. That opt-in is Search Suggestions: Why They Should Be Off Until You Ask. Turning them on does not create an account with us. It sends prefixes to the engine you already picked.
Downloads you start are transfers you asked for. With Stealth Suite they land in an AES-256 vault, no plain copy on disk, excluded from backups, never Photos or Files. One-tap erase still destroys only the session. Panic, if you configured it, still wipes the vault on this phone, not a copy in a profile. The decoy still opens an empty browser without asking a server which scene to show. Those controls are local because there is no row for us to update. That is the practical meaning of no account, not a metaphor.
Data Not Collected, in practice
The privacy label is a Store fact, not a slogan we invented for this page. No analytics SDK. No ads in the app. No third-party SDKs. Block lists ship in the binary. They are not fetched from a list server while you browse. That is the whole list-location claim: rules on this iPhone, not a dashboard that needs your email to refresh.
Support still has a mail path assembled in the site JavaScript. Writing to us is something you choose. It is not a telemetry channel. We cannot show you a history we never received. We cannot unlock a vault whose key we never stored. Those sentences are the useful half of no server. The other half is already in the callout: sites and networks still see traffic.
Intruder Photo, if you enable it in Stealth Suite, stores an encrypted capture on the device. Camera permission is asked when you turn the feature on, never at the lock screen. Photos may depict other people. Local law still applies. That feature does not upload a gallery to us. It also does not require an account.
What you give up, on purpose
You give up a website where you log in to see your devices. You give up a password reset. You give up sync. You give up a privacy dashboard that graphs your week, because that graph would have to be fed. You keep a session you can erase, a lock whose secret never left the phone, and a vault that stays on this iPhone if you buy the kit.

If a private browser cannot explain why it needs your email, it is not finished explaining itself. This one does not ask. It also does not hide you from the page you opened. A cafe router can still see that a connection happened. A workplace gateway can still log hosts. Blocking still misses names that are not on the bundled lists. Rated 17+. You choose the URL.
